Project Manager
Job Type: Fulltime
Location: Canada Remote
Job Summary
- Prepare full cost estimates, including materials and labour on conceptual, design-build, or general tender
work.
- Performs other tasks at the discretion of the Quality Assurance Lead.
- Analyze, study, and advise on proposals received as well as procedures to follow for proposal specific
Negotiate contracts, present estimates and conduct review meetings with clients.
- Evaluate and recommend allowances for incidental costs, design unknowns, and identify and mitigate any other
impacts that may change the scope of work.
- Maintain working files in an organized fashion. Back up documents for estimates, current information on
pricing, current contacts for suppliers and all pertaining correspondence.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with sub trades and clients.
- Review all bid documents, change orders, purchase orders, and any other documentation for complete accuracy.
- Assist accounts receivable to collect outstanding monies if needed.
Field Responsibilities
- Train, coach and mentor employees on job specific details, tools, best practices, and safety procedures
pertaining to our company and the customers.
- Maintain and distribute up to date production requirements and time lines to all pertaining parties.
- Ensure a high-quality level of work is being done by doing site visits, safety inspections, managing safety
concerns with site staff and customers and identifying any risks and resolving them with appropriate parties.
